Velouté:

Morel mushrooms are renowned for their unique texture and flavor. In our Truffle Morel Velouté, we primarily highlight the exceptional texture of these rare mushrooms, slicing the caps into long, thin strips. By adding black summer truffles to these slices, we create a new taste experience for the palate: the softness of the morel meets the crispness of the truffle peel. You'll surely want to taste it again and again.

We recommend it with grilled meats, quality steaks, or liver pâté, but it also stands out excellently on a bruschetta or focaccia. Just spread it on generously and assertively!

Porcini and button mushrooms are cooked at a low temperature under vacuum to remove moisture and achieve an exceptionally dense, natural aroma. To this, Burgundy truffles are carefully added until the flavors are perfectly blended. The result is a special blend that is perfect on toasts, meat dishes, and pasta.
