In the Truffle-Morel Velouté, the exceptional texture of these rare mushrooms is primarily highlighted by slicing the caps into long, thin pieces. By adding black summer truffle to these slices, this product creates a new experience for the taste buds: the softness of the morel meets the crispiness of the truffle peel.
