We carefully vet every partner organisation and their products — based on quality, local production and genuine social impact. Box contents are refreshed seasonally to stay fresh and relevant.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) — Impact Box is not a donation — it's fair-trade procurement.

ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) — What we are. Your purchase generates measurable E (E5: circular packaging, local sourcing) and S (S2: value chain workers, S4: end users) data points for your reports.

CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) — The EU's 2023 directive requiring ~50,000 European companies to produce audited sustainability reports between 2024 and 2028. Every order from us is a documented, auditable data point in your report.

ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) — CSRD's 12-standard rulebook. We contribute quantifiable impact to three standards in a single procurement: S2 (value chain workers — 1,200+ artisans paid fair-trade prices), S4 (end users — 235,000+ gifts spreading social enterprise stories), E5 (circular economy — recycled and compostable packaging, local ingredients).

The more detail you share upfront, the faster we can respond with a tailored proposal. Key things we need to know:

No minimum! You can order even a single box. Of course, larger quantities come with better pricing through our custom quote process.

Smaller orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from stock. Larger or custom orders may take a few weeks, depending on requirements. We always communicate the expected delivery date in the quote. The earlier you let us know your deadline, the better we can tailor the proposal to your timeline.

Volume discounts are always included in our custom quotes — request one and you'll receive pricing scaled to your order size.

Shipping & address management

Yes! Provide names and addresses in a simple spreadsheet and we'll ensure every box reaches the right person — whether in Hungary or anywhere across Europe.

Absolutely. We can provide a ready-made email template or online form for recipients to fill in. All data is handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Yes, we ship across Europe — even in quantities of tens of thousands, to multiple EU addresses.

Payment & administration

To protect the cash flow of our social enterprise partners, we require payment in advance. Upon order confirmation we issue a pro-forma invoice; once payment is received, we issue a VAT invoice and begin preparation. We recommend arranging the transfer early. If this doesn't work for your organisation, let's talk about options.

Of course! Every order comes with a VAT invoice. We can also include a group VAT number or PO number if required.

Yes! Our boxes are made from FSC-certified recycled cardboard, and all filler material is fully compostable wood or paper-based — no plastic. The boxes are packed by a team of people with disabilities at a Budapest social enterprise.
